The Performing Company is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization located in San Diego, CA.

Founded in 2022 by Artistic Director Jill Gibson, TPC is dedicated to enriching and educating our community by supporting and inspiring the next generation of performing artists. The Performing Company fulfills its mission by providing an elite pre-professional training platform for dancers interested in pursuing a career or higher education in the arts, and supporting those dancers in sharing their love of dance with their community. Company dancers are included in increased and diverse performance opportunities, involved in educational programs for youth in our area, and gain exposure to networking and training beyond our immediate community. 

In 2023, The Performing Company was established as a member company with Regional Dance America Pacific. Through RDA, company dancers are exposed to many opportunities, including an annual Scholarship & Recruitment program and participation in RDA Pacific's Dance Festival every Spring.
